Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Synbattek Engineering Services Pvt Ltd, hereafter referred to as “SYNBATTEK,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to our website and the provision of our professional services, including structural steel detailing, BIM services, and estimation.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
- Scope of Services
SYNBATTEK provides professional engineering support services, including but not limited to:
- Structural Steel Detailing (Shop & Erection Drawings)
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Clash Detection
- Material Takeoffs and Quantity Estimation
- As-Built Drawings and Field Support
All services are performed strictly based on the architectural and structural documents supplied by the Client.
SYNBATTEK is responsible for the technical accuracy of detailing and modeling based on the information provided. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or design deficiencies in third-party engineering documents.
- Professional Standards & Limitations
Services are executed in accordance with applicable standards such as AISC, CISC, AWS, and project-specific codes as agreed in writing.
SYNBATTEK does not act as the Engineer of Record (EOR) and does not provide structural design, load calculations, or site supervision unless explicitly contracted.
- Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Website Content
All website content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of SYNBATTEK and may not be reproduced without written consent.
3.2 Project Deliverables
Upon receipt of full and final payment, final deliverables (PDF, DXF, NC files) become the property of the Client solely for the intended project.
3.3 Proprietary Methods
SYNBATTEK retains ownership of all proprietary workflows, templates, libraries, scripts, and methodologies used in the creation of deliverables.
- Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide complete, legible, and accurate design inputs
- Respond to RFIs within reasonable timelines
- Review and approve drawings prior to fabrication
Fabrication or erection commenced without written approval is undertaken entirely at the Client’s risk.
- Payments, Revisions & Change Orders
5.1 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued as per project milestones. Payments are due within the agreed credit period stated in the proposal.
SYNBATTEK reserves the right to suspend work or withhold digital deliverables if payments are overdue.
5.2 Revisions
Minor revisions arising from coordination comments are included. Significant changes after detailing commencement will be treated as Change Orders and billed separately.
5.3 Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public project information, pricing, technical data, and proprietary materials.
SYNBATTEK is available to execute project-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
- Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data processed in connection with these Terms shall be handled in accordance with SYNBATTEK’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
Where project data includes personal data:
- The Client acts as the Data Controller
- SYNBATTEK acts as the Data Processor, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Data processing shall comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and the India DPDP Act.
- International Projects & Compliance
SYNBATTEK operates from India and serves clients worldwide.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that project deliverables comply with local building regulations, labor laws, and safety standards. SYNBATTEK will detail strictly to the codes and standards specified in the contract.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SYNBATTEK’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project phase in question
- SYNBATTEK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or construction delays
- Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SYNBATTEK against claims arising from:
- Errors in original design documents supplied by the Client
- Unauthorized modification of drawings by third parties
- Fabrication or construction performed without approved drawings
- Force Majeure
SYNBATTEK shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disruptions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
- Parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation first
- Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Seat and venue: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- Language: English
Subject to arbitration, courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Amendments
SYNBATTEK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
